Wholesale FAQ

Minimum Order

Our minimum order value is £150 + VAT, with a minimum order quantity of 3 of each SKU.

Lead Times

Orders typically take 2-3 weeks. This may be longer during busy periods or for large orders.

Payment Terms

All wholesale orders are pro forma — payment is required in full before your order is dispatched.

Shipping & Carriage

Carriage is paid on orders over approximately £300 + VAT.

Returns & Faulty Goods

We're unable to accept returns for change of mind. If an item arrives faulty, please contact us with photos and we'll issue a credit note for your next order or a refund.

Barcoding

Barcoding isn't standard across our range due to the number of product variations, but it's available on request — just let us know when you order.

Stockist Exclusivity

We try to avoid placing stock with two similar shops in the same town, though different shop types in the same area (for example a gift shop and a garden centre) can both stock the range.
