Standard shipping is £3.50 (Royal Mail tracked 48).

  

USA and Canada:

£20.00

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

PLEASE NOTE THAT DELIVERY TIMES ARE CURRENTLY UP TO 14 WORKING DAYS. PLEASE ALLOW PLENTY OF TIME FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE DURING THIS TIME.

Ready to post items will be dispatched the next working day when ordered before 1pm.
Personalised items are made to order in our home studio. We aim to post orders within 7 working days of the order being placed. However, during busy periods this may increase up to 14 days. If you need your order urgently please contact us before placing your order.

During peak times such as Christmas, Mothers Day and ‘back to school’ we will post a notice on the Homepage to detail any extended lead times.

We use Royal Mail 48 hour service and unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. Please use the tracking number sent to your provided email address to check the status of your parcel. Depending on your email provider, this email may end up in your spam so please check there if you can’t locate your tracking number. If you do think an item has been lost in the post please contact us.

International orders take varying times depending on country, if you have any questions about time periods please contact us directly here.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

PLEASE NOTE PERSONALISED ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Your product will be printed as per the details set in the listing and the information provided in the personalisation box. Please check you have apostrophes and plurals exactly as you would like them printed. We cannot take responsibility for spelling and grammatical mistakes provided by you.

We accept refunds and returns for non-personalised items within a 30 day period of purchase of your item. 

Please contact us to arrange a return and refund asap and we can sort that out for you straight away!

Please note that postage costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for posting the item back to us in the condition that you received it in bearing the postage cost yourselves. We recommend using a tracked service to guarantee that we receive the item.
